The Screening interview is the first interview you have to pass. Usually, you have to face someone from the human resource department here with your resume in hand, verifying its details and your qualifications. To know if your personality will fit the company’s standards, you have to go through the Selection interview. And there will be some companies who will require you to undergo Group interviews where you will be with a team of applicants. But some job positions do not require a group interview. In the Panel interview, you, the applicant will be interviewed by panellists and this may be a bit intimidating. And some also uses a Stress interview as a technique to leave out those who cannot handle hardship and stress.
